tk1k Terms and Conditions

tk1k (hereinafter "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online entertainment and gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and tk1k. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms.

Alongside these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Please read these documents together. In the event of any conflict, these Terms will take precedence.

The minimum eligibility requirements to use the tk1k platform are as follows:

1.1 Age Verification

It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the laws of the country or region where you reside. tk1k reserves the right to restrict or discontinue services in certain areas.

2.1 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled, bonuses will be forfeited, and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.3 Password & Security

Keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with others is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

We may verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents (national ID, passport, birth certificate, etc.) in a timely manner may result in deposits or withdrawals being suspended.

2.5 Updating Account Information

If your name, address, mobile number, or payment details change, notify our support team immediately. tk1k is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

tk1k processes transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. We always strive to ensure payments are safe and fast.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• The deposit amount must be in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard processing time: within 1 hour.
• All bonus terms and conditions must be fully met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Authenticity

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. tk1k will never ask for your payment PIN or OTP.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• No withdrawals can be made from the bonus until the wagering requirement is met.
• The deadline to meet the wagering requirement is counted from the time the bonus is credited.
• If the requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the conditions are met.
• tk1k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If an account is created for the purpose of claiming bonuses or any fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on the tk1k platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures game outcomes are completely unbiased.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or disconnection, we will review the situation and make a decision. We reserve the right to void any incorrect payouts displayed as a result of a software error.

5.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own betting limits. Exceeding the set maximum bet limit while playing with a bonus balance may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

When placing bets on sports markets, all rules follow the terms and conditions of the relevant game provider. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, or any tools that provide a technological advantage.
• Sharing bonuses with other players or attempting to meet wagering requirements jointly.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in games.
• Creating an account under a false identity or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting any user or employee of the platform.
• Using any information or service from the platform for illegal purposes.

11.1 Closure by Player

11.2 Closure by tk1k

We may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to verify age.

11.3 Status After Closure

Bonuses and winnings of an account closed for policy violations may be forfeited. A refund of the original deposit amount will be considered subject to investigation.

tk1k reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered as acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
